Fitting Blinds & Curtains
Fitting Venetian, Roman, Roller, or Blackout blinds can change the look and feel of a room.
Venetian blinds
Venetian Blinds are available in different widths – from a narrow 15mm option a wider 50mm slat. However, a rule of thumb is that the wider the slat the bigger the view and greater amount of light that can enter the room.
Make it simple and discreet with a choice of whites and neutrals, or you could be bold and impactful with bright, seasonal colours. A Venetian Blind with a contrasting colour can make a room look beautiful.
Roman Blinds
Ideal for limiting sunlight when you need to, roman blinds are easy to use. Simply pull the cord to adjust the blinds to the height that you require for your windows to allow your roman blinds to create chic pleats in your chosen fab
Functional roman blinds don’t have to be plain and simple, blackout roman blinds come in varying fabrics with stripes and patterns to match your existing décor. A great alternative to curtains, blackout roman blinds feature a thick lining to keep out the light when you need to and provide an added layer of insulation.
Roller Blinds
Roller blinds are a classic choice for window dressings and are perhaps the most well-known type of blind, there is an extensive range to choose from. Their popularity is easy to explain as there are many different benefits to this style of blind, particularly its versatility and can be fitted inside the window recess or on the wall to cover the window.
Blackout Blinds
Blackout roller blinds provide an excellent solution for preventing unwanted light from entering a room, especially during summer months when the sun rises early and disturbs your sleep. These are a favourite for young children’s rooms in blocking the daylight your child will sleep for longer in the mornings.
